Soar Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a position in Denver, Colorado.

Soar Autism Center seeks a BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our focus includes early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  2. Collaborate with clinical teams (speech, OT, psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  3. Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM approach (training provided).
  4. Oversee a team managing about 7-8 clients.
  5. Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress.
  6. Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related fields.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
