Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team and drive client outcomes. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care while maintaining ethical practices and regulatory compliance.

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $110 hourly (or negotiated rate)
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
