Job summary

Springboard ABA in Conway, AR is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home team. You will lead ABA services, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

This full- or part-time hybrid role offers a competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000 annually) with flexible scheduling, professional development, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required (board-certified) in Arkansas.
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
