Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in Davis County, Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Layton team and expand high-quality ABA services across the county.

The role offers competitive compensation ($80k–$100k annually) with part-time or full-time options, a supportive, boutique clinic model, and opportunities for supervision and professional growth while delivering data-driven, evidence-based care to clients.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
  • Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to provide occasional in-home support as needed.
  • Reliable vehicle for local travel within Davis County.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports.
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
  • Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.

BCBA Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Davis County, you will:
