Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Elkton area to design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs for local children.

What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.

• Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.

• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.

• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
