Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs in person or remotely. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and educators, and drive data-driven clinical decisions to support children and families in Montgomery County.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with MD LBA licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.

What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.

• Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.

• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.

• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
