Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Little Rock, AR team, delivering in-home ABA services to children and families. The role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid in-home/school settings, and opportunities for part-time transitions to full-time.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaborating with families to generalize skills while maintaining compliance and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We're currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Little Rock, AR, and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
• Or, choose our hourly-rate track: start at $80/hour for your first 2 clients, then earn an automatic hourly rate increase once you reach 4 clients, with another increase for every additional 2 clients you take on
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
