Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support. This role is crucial in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

  • LBA in the state of NC.
