Open Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Central Massachusetts. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop Positive Behavioral Support plans for adults with autism, IDD, and acquired brain injury in community settings, collaborating across teams.

• Masters level BCBA required.
• Experience with assessment and analysis of individual needs, and writing appropriate treatment interventions using PBS.
• Experience with adults with Autism, IDD, and Acquired Brain Injury.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, time-management, and verbal and written communication preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required.

• Must be able to travel to Open Sky programs within the Central / Eastern Massachusetts area.

Job Description:

Open Sky is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team!

Here, you will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team dedicated to Positive Behavioral Supports.

In this role, the BCBA will provide support to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury living in various environments within the community. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with team members and collaterals. The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing Positive Behavioral Support plans. The BCBA will support the delivery of interventions to assist people in building and using skills. They also exhibit Open Sky’s commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform.
