At Action Behavior Centers, each team is structured with one BCBA supervisor and nine RBTs who implement lesson plans and oversee the progress of eight children. This caseload is smaller than at other ABA therapy centers, ensuring high-quality care and attention for the children we serve.

ABC Foundations

ABC Accelerate

We want to ensure our teammates feel fully supported on their journey to becoming a BCBA. The Accelerate program provides financial and time support to our Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs). Selected teammates receive 20 hours per week of PAID time off the schedule to perform unrestricted activities, helping to fast-track their path to becoming a BCBA.
