BK Behavior in Maryland is looking for passionate BCBAs to provide exceptional ABA services. This role includes both full-time and part-time opportunities with numerous benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance, PTO, and a mentorship program.
As a BCBA, you will provide client assessments, supervise ABA programs, and train paraprofessionals. A current BCBA certification and a strong commitment to cultural diversity are required.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to our clients in the State of Maryland. Our mission is to support you as you guide our clients.
Training and support include six months of paid training with 13 hours of paid training over your first six months to help you feel supported and build a community with other BCBAs. We offer opportunities for career advancement (5 of our clinical directors were promoted from within), mentorship programs, and ongoing access to resources to support you and your team. We have in-office BCBAs available to assist you, including BCBA student fellows and interns to help lighten your workload, and weekly assessment support sessions with Clinical Directors.
