Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient ABA clinician to help children learn new skills and independence within a supportive pediatric team that spans multiple disciplines. You will work to assess needs, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress with supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians.

You will guide behavior technicians, partner with caregivers, and coordinate with therapists to ensure a child participates, communicates, and thrives in daily life.

State of Location: Michigan Position Summary: As an outpatient clinician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to work on what's most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it's working on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills, we always address the specific concerns for each patient. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
