Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Health Network, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help children and families learn new skills through individualized ABA programs in a clinic setting.
As a BCBA, you will lead a team of behavior technicians, coordinate with speech and occupational therapists, and design treatment plans, with opportunities for equity partnership and bonuses. This is a full-time role with a structured schedule, mentorship, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Position Summary: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Ivy ABA, you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to work on what's most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized, treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it's working on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills, we always address the specific concerns for each patient.
