Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LBA).
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs/BTs to deliver ABA therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and FBAs/BIPs.
• Coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams for client progress.
• Maintain compliant documentation and EMR data entry.

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ability to assess clients and create individualized treatment plans
• Strong leadership and supervision skills for overseeing RBTs and BTs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and data collection systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
