Salary: up to $85,000

This role is responsible to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and intervention for students . Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA services, supervision of staff development and facilitation of training for staff and caregivers , marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in Merakey and the community at large. Actively participates on a multi-disciplinary team.

• Conducts supervisory functions of training, scheduling,monitoringand evaluating performance of all assignedstaff;such as but not limited to registered behavior technicians, behavior technicians
• Develops and oversees all behavioral treatment programs to meet the varied needs of clients
• Identifiesindividual needs fortreatmentusing skill acquisition,assessmentsandfunctionalbehavior assessments.
• Develops comprehensive, individual behavior treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders
• Provides required supervision fortreatmentplan implementation bystaff(those individuals working directly with clients). This will include but not be limited to:
• Directsupervisorof treatment of activities; frequency of supervision determined on acase by casebasisand as defined by the BACB guidelines.
• Regular consultation with therapist and caregivers, to review treatment progress andmodifytreatment plan, as needed
• Oversees all data driven processes related to progress documentation andadviseschanges to treatment planning when progress is lacking
• Conducts consultation with therapists/direct supportto review progress andmodifytreatment plan, if needed
• Directs intervention with the child, as needed, when therapist is unable to manage client’s behaviors, and/or little treatment progress is documented, and to model more effective intervention strategies.
• Consults with interdisciplinary team (such as but not limited toteachers,speech pathologists, occupational therapists,external stakeholders,parentsetc.) to collaborate and coordinate services.
