Seabright is partnering with a distinguished school district to recruit a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year in Statesville, NC. The role is full-time and supports multiple grade levels.

You can work locally or on a travel contract, with weekly pay ranging from $44.22 to $50.60 per hour. New hires receive a $2,000 Completion Bonus and may earn up to $3,000 in referral bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Location: Statesville, NC

Schedule: Full Time

Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School;High School;Kindergarten;Middle School

Weekly Pay Range: $44.22 – $50.60 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)

Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
