Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 2026-2027 school-year contract in Wilmington, Delaware. This on-site role is full-time (35 hours/week) with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Duration ASAP through 06/08/2027, with local or travel opportunities. Completion bonuses available and generous referral bonuses; licensing reimbursements and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentials and licensure required or in process in state of practice.
• 1 year of verifiable BCBA experience in the last 3 years (including residency or practicum).
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior analytic services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with district staff to implement behavior support plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and student needs.

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

• Hours: 35.00
• Grade/Age Levels: Middle School
• Weekly Pay Range: $52.17 – $59.71 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
