What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of skills and needs for assigned clients
- Develop and continuously monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide regular training and supervision for staff, offering feedback for enhancement and client progress
- Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure effective communication
- Maintain compliance with all documentation requirements for audits and client support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification with a minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Management and leadership experience with the ability to interact effectively with families, staff, and community partners
- Proficient in assessments of skills and deficits across various domains
- Experience using technology and software for compliance with requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BCBA/BCaBA supervision experience and completion of the Standards module
- Familiarity with various ABA methodologies and their application
- Experience in effectively communicating with parents and caregivers in multiple settings
