Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a BCBA to oversee ABA therapy services with a balanced remote and in-person schedule across Wisconsin and Oregon. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and participate in scheduled in-person visits to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans and conduct monthly parent training to engage families in the therapy process.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Flexibility for weekly in-person supervision is needed.
• Ability to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior plans.

Responsibilities
