Job summary

United Care ABA is building a clinical team focused on delivering high-level ABA services across Colorado, including underserved communities where families seek real support. We provide in-home services to children of all ages, including those with more complex needs, with a goal of meaningful progress rather than volume.

We are looking for BCBAs who want to be part of a collaborative, supportive clinical culture with ongoing leadership and case discussions, while offering flexibility to match

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Experience working with children with ASD and related needs is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of ABA services and supervise BTs/RBTs.
• Provide parent training and guidance with a focus on real-world application.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
