Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking BCBA clinicians to join a growing in-home ABA team across Colorado, including underserved areas. You will assess, design, and supervise ABA services with emphasis on meaningful outcomes and real-world application.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentials.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA service delivery and supervise BTs/RBTs.
• Provide parent training and guidance with real-world application.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
