Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments to identify target behaviors
  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members
  • Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training
  • Must live in New Jersey and be proficient/bilingual in English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum
  • Familiarity with telehealth service delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices
