Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a part-time, in-person BCBA at our Greensboro center to deliver high-quality ABA services in a supportive setting. You will maintain clinical caseloads, supervise staff, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure ethical, evidence-based practice and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for individual outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation aligned with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.

WhatYou’llDo

• Maintain clinicallyappropriate caseloadsand productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
• Maintaintimely,accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success

Required Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and coaching skills
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms
• Behavior Analyst Licensure "LBA"(per state requirements)
