Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time BCBA for our center-based program. You will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads, conduct supervision, and collaborate with families to support meaningful client outcomes.

We offer dedicated operational support, flexible scheduling, and a retention bonus of $5,000, plus professional development and competitive compensation of $78,000–$88,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required and current.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
  • CPR & First Aid certification.

  • Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration according to medical necessity and payer expectations.

  • Maintain clinicallyappropriate caseloadsand productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements
  • Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes
  • Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
  • Maintaintimely,accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
  • Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success
Required Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
  • Strong collaboration, mentorship, and coaching skills
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms
  • Behavior Analyst Licensure "LBA"(per state requirements)
