Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of 8-12 clients providing Applied Behavior Analysis services. They evaluate new clients, develop and maintain therapy programs, conduct parent training, and mentor RBTs.

Essential Functions

• Assess clients and recommend treatment hours
• Develop and update individualized therapy programs
• Support and mentor RBTs
• Provide supervision for RBTs
• Model skills during client sessions
• Complete documentation (SOAP notes, evaluations, reports)
• Coordinate with other professionals
• Supervise students earning BCBA hours
• Participate in team meetings

Required Education, Experience, and Credentials

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification from BACB
• Experience in a clinical setting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency with ABA assessments and computer applications
