We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to assess student behavior, develop individualized interventions, and deliver direct therapeutic support. You will also serve as a consultant and coach-partnering with educators, staff, and families to integrate behavior strategies across settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement and monitor behavior plans, using data to track progress and adjust strategies
Provide direct behavior support and supervise staff or technicians
Train, consult, and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate records, analyze outcomes, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or similar field
Credentials: Must be a board-certified BCBA
