Job description

RUSH Kids in Naperville is looking for a full-time BCBA to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team at our Naperville North location. RUSH Kids provides ABA, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to children birth to 21 years of age. RUSH Kids offers opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

This BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing programs for children served by RUSH Kids based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, completing assessments, writing reports, and collaborating with families, other therapists, and school teams.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification

Compensation starting at $68,000+ commensurate with experience.

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available.
