Job summary

MyCHN (Community Health Network) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for children with autism within a nonprofit FQHC in the Greater Houston area, including Pearland, TX. You will assess, plan, and provide therapy while guiding staff and collaborating with families and teams.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, ongoing training, data-driven intervention, and adherence to continuing education requirements to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in special education, behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of BCBA experience or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ABA therapy and oversee implementation of intervention strategies.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent, caregiver, and interdisciplinary training on behavior support strategies.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and ongoing analysis.
• Provide consultation and maintain communication with families, providers, and community partners.
• Deliver supervision and support to staff implementing behavior plans.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and session notes.
• Stay current with research and maintain continuing education requirements.
