Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Phoenix (Remote Hybrid)

Circle City ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of clients' skills and needs
  • Development and monitoring of individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing staff training, supervision, and feedback to enhance staff and client progress
  • Facilitating caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication
  • Submitting required documentation for audits
  • Identifying clients and families needing additional supports, such as social skills groups or family support groups
  • Fostering a positive, engaging work culture with staff mentoring and recognition
  • Participating in professional development activities and sharing insights with the clinical team
  • Maintaining licensure, certifications, and credentials with CCABA, insurance payors, BACB, and the state

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Management and leadership experience, with ability to interact effectively with families, staff, clients, and community partners
  • Assessing skills and deficits across various domains
  • Developing and analyzing individual treatment and behavior plans
  • Practicing various ABA methodologies
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers across different settings
  • Using technology and software to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA Certification with at least two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Preferred: BCBA/BCaBA Supervision and Standards module completion
  • Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB, with current memberships and certifications (e.g., ABAI, First Aid, CPR)
