Job summary

Building Block Resolutions Inc. in the Los Angeles area is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor ABA teams across home, school, and community settings in a hybrid role.

You will oversee a manageable caseload, ensure ethical practice, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families while supporting clinical staff development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and good standing.
• Experience supervising ABA programs is preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
• Review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Provide mentorship, supervision, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and clinical standards.

About The Role

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee a manageable caseload while mentoring BTs and RBTs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Current Clinical Structure

• Primarily a 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT)
• Opportunity for future growth into a 3-tier model (BCBA + Mid-Level Supervisor + BT/RBT) as the organization expands

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
