Job summary

Building Block Resolutions is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid position serving Los Angeles and Orange County. You will oversee clinical supervision, mentor BTs/RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include caseload management, assessments, treatment planning, and staff mentoring, while aligning with BACB ethics. This role offers growth opportunities and strong administrative support to empower clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising ABA programs preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills.

• Manage and supervise a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

• Provide mentorship, supervision, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and clinical standards.

About the Role

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee a manageable caseload while mentoring BTs and RBTs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Current Clinical Structure:

• Primarily a 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT)
• Opportunity for future growth into a 3-tier model (BCBA + Mid-Level Supervisor + BT/RBT) as the organization expands

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
