Job summary

Amenity ABA Center is hiring an entry-level BCBA to impact children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll perform FBAs, develop treatment plans, and mentor RBTs under BCBA LEVEL 2 supervision. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a base salary of $75,000 with earning potential up to $90,500 await.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Active LBA license is required.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental/behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans with clinical mentorship.
  • Implement and monitor BIPs to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide performance feedback and support to RBTs/behavior technicians.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training using evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Complete documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain BACB ethics and state regulations.
  • Manage a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders and perform ~26 billable hours weekly.
