What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services for children with autism and similar developmental disabilities
- Conduct regular sessions using various modalities, including virtual reality, for assigned caseloads
- Provide individualized parent education and supervise the implementation of programs
- Monitor and complete necessary documentation such as treatment plans, progress reports, and behavioral support plans
- Provide clinical support and training to the team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, childhood development, special education, or a related field
- BCBA Credential required
- Relevant professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Knowledge of autism methodologies such as ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual ability preferred
- Familiarity with School Continuum of Services and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Experience working with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations
