Applied ABC, located in Norcross, GA, seeks a full-time BCBA to lead clinically and grow professionally in a hybrid and in-person role. The position offers a $100,000–$105,000 annual salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates will have a BCBA, a Master’s in ABA, supervision credentials, and Georgia LBA where required. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• Georgia LBA where required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians using BST.
• Experience conducting assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians with BST.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and teams.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
• Support clients and team during behavioral crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per BACB/HIPAA.

Location & Work Setting

Applied ABC – Norcross, GA

Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully Remote

This is a hybrid and in-person position, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical services.

Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person services at the Norcross location and/or assigned service locations are required based on client and clinical needs.

Local Georgia candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside Georgia are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Georgia and meet all position and licensure requirements.

As a full-time BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll maintain an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST)

• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed

• Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
  

What Sets You Apart

Required

• Active BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies

• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland

• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across various ages and support levels

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability and willingness to work hybrid and in person — this is not a fully remote position

• Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

• Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

• A collaborative leadership style with experience developing strong RBT teams
