BCI has over 20 years of experience providing evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism, focusing on individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment. We partner with parents and caregivers to nurture each child's potential, preparing them for success in school and life. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with reasonable billable expectations.

As part of LEARN Behavioral, a collective of over 500 BCBAs across 18 states, you'll have access to experienced clinical leadership and support, with an average tenure of 10 years among our clinical leaders.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Licensure or registration as required
  • Exceptional communication skills
