Salary: From $90 an hour

Description:

Momentum Behavior Care is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company focused on providing in-home and center-based services for clients. We are currently seeking BCBAs to join our growing team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop/update treatment plans as necessary.
  2. Provide supervision of Behavior Techs / RBTs.
  3. Supervise 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in-home, center, and community-based environments.
  4. Prepare and facilitate on-the-job staff training.
  5. Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions.
  6. Train family members/guardians and caregivers on implementing the treatment plan.
  7. Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
  8. Abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  2. Must hold a current New York State License (NY LBA).
  3. Experience working in in-home and/or in-center and/or community-based ABA programs.
  4. Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs.
  5. Experience working with children aged 2-20.
  6. Experience conducting family trainings on ABA-based treatment plans.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
