We are intentionally expanding services in Texas and are seeking a Texas-based BCBA to support an initial insurance-referred caseload and assist with thoughtful, paced growth in the state. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values structure, clarity, and ethical practice and who prefers a supportive environment without pressure to immediately take on a large caseload.

Position Overview

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and ABA services in accordance with BACB standards, insurance requirements, and company policies. The position begins with a client-specific caseload, with opportunities for additional hours and growth as services expand.

Compensation & Support
