Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Gary, Indiana is seeking a clinic-based BCBA to assess individuals, design and monitor behavior plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will work closely with families and other providers, ensuring ethical practice and ongoing supervision. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required, with at least 1 year of center-based experience.

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably in a center-based setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
