As a Master Trainer, you'll deliver Safety-Care training programs, preparing trainers within schools, healthcare, and human services organizations to teach evidence-based strategies for managing challenging behaviors. Your work will extend our impact, ensuring best practices in safety, care, and de-escalation reach more professionals nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-day, in-person Safety-Care training sessions for various settings.
  • Engage audiences using an interactive Train-the-Trainer approach.
  • Travel extensively across the U.S.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Participate in sales, marketing, and industry events.
  • Refine and develop training materials.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and stay current with ABA advancements.

Location & Travel

This role is primarily remote, with frequent travel. Trainers should be based within one hour of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • BCBA with 3-5+ years of experience in training, consulting, or working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Experience in autism, psychiatric, brain injury, or similar settings.
  • Strong skills in managing high-intensity behaviors, including physical management techniques.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30 weeks/year, including weekends).
  • Ability to demonstrate behavioral safety techniques physically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Education & Certifications

  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification (or within six months of hire).
