Surpass Behavioral Health is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school services team in King of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy within the Methacton School District and creating meaningful change for individuals and families.

The candidate will work in a supportive, mission-driven environment with credentialing and scheduling handled by the organization, allowing you to focus on clinical care and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field with current BCBA certification in good standing (BACB).
• At least two years working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy in school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to implement intervention plans.
• Coordinate credentialing, authorization requests and scheduling to focus on clinical care.
