A leading ABA provider in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide training. This fully remote role offers flexibility in scheduling, a competitive salary range of $92,000 - $98,000, and potential total compensation up to $119,600, along with comprehensive benefits including generous PTO and support for professional development.

Enjoy fully paid medical insurance (employee-only coverage), $700 device stipend, and a low billable hour requirement of just 27 per week. You’ll have the chance to boost your earnings with an additional $80–$90 per hour bonus for any hours billed beyond your weekly goal.
This position is fully remote with flexible scheduling—your cases fall between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but your day is yours to manage—no commuting, and no rigid clock-in times.
