  • Colorado: Home based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Greater Denver; Clinic based in Centennial, CO
  • Georgia: Home based in Atlanta area; Clinic locations include Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, Stockbridge
  • Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland; Clinic in Norwood Park and Palos Heights
  • Massachusetts: Home based throughout most of Massachusetts; Clinic in Southborough
  • North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem; Clinic in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem
  • Tennessee: Home based in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville regions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs. Support families and caregivers in managing behaviors and implementing ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed. Review and adjust program effectiveness, monitor data, and track progress.
