We are currently offering relocation packages for BCBAs interested in relocating to any of our locations: Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Salary range: $80,000 - $115,000+ (including achievable bonus potential).

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs. Support families and caregivers in managing behaviors and implementing ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed, review program effectiveness, and monitor data to ensure progress.
