Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.

Compensation
