Managed by Administrators with a combined 40+ years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children and youth with unique abilities.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs.
• Empower and coach parents and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans.
• Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times.
• Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers
• Manage own schedule and caseload.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.
