Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across multiple states, including Massachusetts. We support clinicians with mentorship, CEUs, and flexible schedules, including home-based, center-based, or hybrid work arrangements.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes while balancing sustainable work-life for staff.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and current.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to obtain state-specific credentials where required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
