Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in Olympia, Washington, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop BIPs, provide direct behavior support, and coach school staff to implement strategies across the school day.

The role collaborates with teachers and related service providers to support student success, analyzes data to guide interventions, and delivers training on evidence-based practices and crisis prevention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• State BCBA license required; licensure process supported by PDS.

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train school teams on evidence‑based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
