Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in grades 1–8 in a district near Norristown, PA. This full-time school-year contract offers a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with ongoing collaboration with teachers and families to implement behavioral supports.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and mentor staff on BCBA strategies.

Step into a rewarding opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with students in grades 1 through 8. This contract position, conveniently located near Norristown, PA, provides a chance to create a meaningful impact, guiding and shaping behavioral supports within a diverse school environment.

Your schedule will run from September 1st until the conclusion of the school year, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The varied student caseload ensures each day brings new successes and opportunities to utilize your expert knowledge.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience supporting elementary and middle school students preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with other professionals and families
• Ability to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
