Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide treatment planning and support the progress of children on your caseload.

We welcome early-career BCBAs and encourage bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) to apply as we serve a diverse community of families. You will work with a collaborative clinical team, supervise RBTs, and receive mentorship as you grow professionally.

Qualifications

Support for New BCBAs

Starting your career as a BCBA is a big step, and having the right support system makes all the difference.

At Olive Branch ABA, new BCBAs are not expected to figure everything out on their own.

You will work alongside experienced clinicians who are available for guidance, collaboration, and mentorship as you grow into the role.

New BCBAs receive additional support as they build confidence managing their caseload and supervising RBTs.

About The Role

As a BCBA at Olive Branch ABA, you will guide treatment planning and support the clinical progress of the children on your caseload.

Responsibilities include:

Compensation

Pay Range: $70–$85 per hour

Schedule: Flexible
