Job Description

LBAPS is looking for a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of health and wellness professionals. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing patients with a variety of behavioral and emotional disorders and creating individualized treatment plans. The BCBA should have patience and empathy to work with a population of clients that includes individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, brain injuries, emotional control issues, and more. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a record of effective behavior modification.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide ongoing support for students.
  2. Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  3. Write and maintain positive behavior support plans.
  4. Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress.
